Chief Diversity Officer Ainsley Thomas collaborated with Lee’s International Cuts to recruit community members interested in creating pathways into the construction industry. Lee Gordon, the owner, believes that Hudson Valley Community College provides opportunities for community members to create sustainable careers. Thomas was assisted by Rebecca Maroncelli, technical assistant in the Civil and Construction Technologies program.
